If you have it, this helps us give you the best answer:

  • Your travel dates
  • Number of travelers (and ages of any children)
  • The specific room, cabin, suite, or package you booked
  • Your total price, including taxes and fees

A COUPLE OF THINGS TO KNOW

The best results usually happen when:

Your booking is still refundable

You have at least three business days before any cancellation deadline

The booking wasn't made through another travel advisor

If you're not sure, send it anyway — we'll let you know.

What happens after you send it

We'll compare your booking against what's available through our Virtuoso membership and preferred partner relationships — including things like room upgrades, resort credits, early check-in, late checkout, and welcome amenities.

Then we come back to you with one of two things:

Your booking is solid

We'll tell you to keep it and explain why. And if you ever want help planning your next trip, we're here for that too.

We can get you more

We'll walk you through exactly what's available, specific perks, real value, and give you options.

If we can add benefits to your existing reservation, we will. If the best option requires rebooking through us, we'll explain that clearly and let you decide.
